🎯 Responsibilities
🏃 Runner Support (CRITICAL)
- ACTIVELY approach runners
- Take bottles/packs and fill them
- Ask: water, electrolytes, or both?
- Offer food and nutrition
- Provide encouragement!
📋 Runner Tracking (CRITICAL)
- Check in EVERY runner arrival
- Check out EVERY runner departure
- Cannot be missed - safety critical

🏥 Safety & Medical
- Know emergency procedures
- Record drops (bib # and reason)
- Coordinate medical needs
- Contact race directors if needed
⚠️ Important Notes
- ✓ It's 5 miles downhill on a service road to the next aid station
- ✓ The race cutoff is at 5:00 PM at Aid Station #5, mile 37.5. If this is met, we'll wait for them at the finish.
- ✓ The course is marked with BLUE DC PEAKS flags and signage, any other markers are NOT OURS
- ✓ Weather contingency: May relocate to Wilderness Park (41.046752, -111.904580)
